Ukrainian Financial World bank is a licensed securities trader (License of SCSSM AB #189965 for brokerage activities, #189966 - for dealer's activities, #189967 for underwriting; member of CJSC «Stock Exchange «INNEX») and provides all kinds of service with securities.

Bills of Credit Aval

The bank's commitment to pay full amount or a part of the obligation amount instead of one of the obliged parties. The bank is to pay the debt in the amount for which aval was given. Thus, aval is a guarantee of debtors' obligations for the creditors who are paid with bills. It makes bill of credit a reliable payment instrument.

The bank provides aval service for usual and tax bills issued for the amount of VAT and excise tax obligations, that makes possible to receive delay for those taxes payment.

Domiciliation of the Bills

Payment on bills in which the bank acts as a special payer is processing of transactioins with bills according to the order and instructions received from the principal, including: 

• accept of bills for payment from rightful billholder; 
• effecting payments upon the bills; 
• transfer of the bills to the payer after their complete repayment. 

Bills of Credit Encashment

The bank may accept the order of drawer of a bill to present the bill for payment and receive a certain amount according to the bill of credit in certain term in favour of the holder of the bill. The task of the bank is to present the bill for payment in time, receive the payment and froward the funds to the client's account.

Discount

The bank may buy a bill of credit (with discount, at price less than nominal one). Billholder may offer the bank a bill of credit for discount and receive payment immediately before bill payment date. The bank in its turn receives the payment only after payment term expiration. As a result of bill discount transaction the bill of credit becomes bank's property.

Loans on the Security of Bills

Loan on the security of bills has considerable difference from bills' discount transaction: property right for the bill doesn't come to the bank. Bill is pledged by billholder for a certain period of time with reservation of right to buy it back. In this case bill acts as a guarantee of loan repayment and may be sold by the bank in case if the debtor doesn't pay the loan. The credit relations in this case are based upon general principles of bank crediting.

Securities Buy and Sell

As securities trader, Ukrainian Financial World provides trading services upon clients' order in the secondary market. The bank may provide following kinds of comission service: buying securities, including accumilation of shares of a certain issuer, buying bills of credit, savings (deposit) certificates and other securities, sale and exhange of securities.

REPO Transactions

REPO transactions - is a kind of sell/buy transactions in which securities' owner makes to the other party of the contract an obligation to buy the securities back in certain time and for determined value. REPO transaction is an advantageous deal if you need to replenish the turnover funds pledging liquid securities that the owner doesn't want to sell or if there are temporarily available funds possible to invest against securities' pledge.
