Ukrainian Financial World Bank was founded in Donetsk in 2003. The bank is a part of Olimp corporation — one of the biggest financial and industrial groups in Ukraine. The branches of the bank work in Kiev, Kharkov and Donetsk.

According to Bank License №209 dated the 27th October 2011, General license for foreign exchange transactions № 209 of 27.10.2011 and License of the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market  dated the 7th April 2010 the bank is authorized for vast scope of banking activities with securities.
